OPI Have a Tempura Tan-trum
What a horrible color! Pretty ugly, but awesome nonetheless. This was 3 coats. Formula was spot on due to its being black label. Mmm. I found this at a dusty for about $3. Totally worth it! However, I don't think I'll ever wear this again..

OPI Man of La Mancha over Orly Matte Vinyl
2 coats MoLM, 1 coat MV. Another black label! It was way more duochrome-y in real life. With a quick shift of my fingers, it was cranberry, then orange, then olive. Pretty cool.

Here's my To the Beach haulage!Marine Life, Firecracker, Sweet & Punchy

It's so majestic! ♥

Firecracker

Sweet & Punchy

The eye shadows are so smooth and pigmented, I can't wait to use them. I'm scared of using Marine Life, though... it's too pretty :(

To cap off the randomness, I leave you with a polish loving cat:
Thanks for looking :)

excuse the lack of FUN

Yeah, my posts lack excitement. And they lack frequency.. ha.

NOTD from last week & weekend...

MAC Love & Friendship
Oh so classic. I don't remember how many coats... I hate this damn formula!!! And the stupid cap makes for awkward polishing.. But. It's a lovely color nonetheless.

Color Club Limelight
Hahaha, this color is pretty FUN. I love it! 3 coats. This is my first neon ever... it's pretty flattering, which surprised me. Very nice formula, too. What a great polish!

OPI Big Apple Red
What a nice color. The formula was AMAZING. I did 3 coats only 'cuz I felt like it... it really only needed two. This is surprisingly pretty flattering too!

I'm not going to be posting any more NOTDs for a short while. 3 of my fingers decided they want to infect themselves. Thanks guys!! They hurt like hell and look like hell.. Anyways.

Thanks for looking!! One more day 'til the weekend :)

some of my favorite nail polishes

Through trial and error, I have come to the conclusion that girly pastel colors look best with my skin tone. Any other colors make them look red :(

OPI Dulce de Leche
Such a beautiful creamy nude/pink- reminds me of one of my favorite lip combos, Angel l/s with Patisserie l/s on top! This is my go-to color when I want delicate looking nails.

OPI Do You Lilac It?
I was hoping for something close to MAC L&F, but ehh... but I still love DYLI! Such a gorgeous and fun color :) I also love this on my toes!

MAC Love and Friendship
I don't think I have to explain myself here. :)

Other favorites of mine include Orly Country Club Khaki, Orly Coffee Break, and China Glaze Temptation Carnation. I'll try to get pictures of these up soon. :)

IS IT REALLY POSSIBLE?!?!

Yes... I think it is... I've finally found a dupe for my favorite nial polish ever, MAC's Love & Friendship.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is huge! I'm almost out of my L&F, the brush/brush handle sucks, the formula was good when it was brand new but now it sucks, it's expensive... and it was LE (A Rose Romance).
But now, those things don't matter anymore, because I have found Orly's Petit Four.

They look a bit different in the bottles, but on paper, they're identical. Sorry I don't have any swatches :(
Orly costs $5.99 at Sally's, but with a discount card I think it's around $4? I also recently saw Orly at Longs/CVS as well.
