I am so fucking disgusted.

Do you remember the post I made a couple weeks back on wanting OPI DS Glamour? I received some Ebay links, and I bought the nail polish through there. It was $12.00 with free shipping, and the seller (previously dherrison, now herrisonhhh) had all good reviews.
Yeah, well it was a total fucking scam. I never got my polish. And guess who the seller is? A 'trusted blogger' and NBer.
The Manicured Manatee
Someone on the MUA nailboard pieced together a trail of bread crumbs and it led to her. I'm so appaled... how could someone fucking do that?
And to top it all off, I won a giveaway of hers. I won(and RECEIVED) Stellar Notte (in this post).
People on the NB bought DS Glamour and Essie Starry Starry Night (which she sold for $50) from her. Imagine all the fucking money she stole. And to top it all off, she emptied her Paypal account so now everyone who bought from her CAN'T GET A FUCKING REFUND.

So fucking disgusting. I hope she deletes her blog and never comes back.

**Edit**
Oh so I guess it's not her fault now?

I'm not fond of using this kind of language to put down people... but what a fucking dumb ass. Expects us to believe that shit...

look what i found!

The closest Ross to my house usually sucks. I never find anything there. But yesterday, I went there and came out with:Color Club Pardon My French set

Wow. I take back all the things I said about you, Ross.
At this Ross they had 2 of these sets, and 3 of the neon sets. I just WOW'd. I got both of my glitter and neon sets from Ross' far away from where I lived. I was very pleased to see that my Ross is finally catching on. In case you're wondering, all the sets cost $7.99.
I'm most excited for the baby blue (Take Me to Your Chateau). The rest seem sheer.

And other stuff..
MUA nail board is a dangerous place. For your wallet.
The concept of the Claire's mood nail polishes seemed pretty fucking awesome. And there were tons of great pictures of them on the nail board... sigh. Let's hope they work.

I really need to stop buying nail polishes. I don't have any room :(
Here's how my racks currently look:
Blues/Neutrals/Base coats + Top coats

Everything else.

Click here. It made me laugh. (from a couple months ago)

Sigh. What to do...

questionnaire

I saw this on Jen's blog, and since I don't have anything else to post i thought I might as well do it. I LOVE reading these, so please do it too! :)

1. How has your week been going?
Pretty good, actually. The weather has been beautiful!

2. Do you color your hair?
Occasionally.. it's so much fun! But I stopped because it kept turning orange... so I'm on a no-dye.

3. What’s on your nails?
Nothing. I cut them short a couple days ago. I'm giving my cuticles total therapy by not polishing my nails with ANYTHING, therefore I don't have to use np remover. I'm still saddened by it though :(

4. What are your favorite TV shows?
I love Family Guy. And murder mystery shows, like 20/20.

5. Are there other cosmetics that you love as much as nail polish?
No! I looooove nail polish way more than anything... my face can look like total shit but if my nails are polished, I'm good to go.

6. Are you a fan of Nutella?
YES. But I don't allow myself to buy it otherwise I'd eat the whole damn jar.

7. What’s your favorite base and top coat?
NailTek Foundation II and Seche Vite.

8. Do you love boots? How many pairs do you own?
Not really. At least, not on me. I don't own any.

9. Would you rather spend a 2 week (all paid) vacation lounging on a beach in Fiji, touring the city streets of Japan, or rugged hiking in Australia?
Rugged hiking in Australia. I'd bring Christian along as well... could I do that? Lol but, I just love nature and hiking is a favorite past time of mine. And doing it in Australia? Ooooh lord. And imagine what a killer workout it'd be!

10. What is your favorite physical thing about yourself?
My eyebrows. And occasionally, my lips.

my nail care and polish routine

I've gotten a few questions on how I paint my nails, so I thought I'd compile a post of everything that may be of help to my readers.

My basics for polishing: CND Stickey - NailTek Foundation II - Seche Vite
Foundation II is amazing.. it has made my nails HARD. They don't break anymore. I use Stickey over Foundation II if I'm planning to wear my mani for more than one day. Seche Vite is the ultimate HG topcoat for me. I have no problems with shrinkage, and I don't mind thinning it.

My basics for routine care: Neutrogena Norwegian Formula hand cream - 100% Vitamin E oil
The hand cream is the best I've ever tried, and I have tried a lot. It's a bit on the heavy side, so during the day I just use dabs of it and during the night, I use globs. I don't use the oil much.. only when I feel like my cuticles are really dry.

In regards of my polishing technique, this tutorial helped me immensely. I try to do my best when polishing to make it look very neat, but sometimes I use the 'MeganChair' way of cleaning up. I use a Filbert #6 painter's brush which I bought at Michael's.

Before clean up:

After:

In terms of removing polish, I prefer to use pure acetone. Hmm.. other things... To shape my nails, I use a Swissco glass file from Sally's, which I love. It works great. I rarely buff my nails. If I have a tear in my nail, I use Orly Nail Rescue to patch it up. I think I'm missing something..

If you have any questions, I'd be more than happy to answer!

full of AMAZING

Nfu-Oh #38 over W&W Black Creme
Oh my GOD. OH MY GOD. Amazing... so amazing. Words can't describe my love for this combo... I love Nfu-Oh. So Much. 1 coat W&W, 2 coats 38.

Borghese Stellar Notte
3 coats. I wish the purple flash was more apparent. It just looks like a darkened teal under most lights. I don't like the bottle shape.. very awkward to hold. But I loved the brush.

Color Club Pink Lust
3 coats. I love neons.

OPI Tickle My France-y
3 coats. So pretty...
